Key Responsibilities:

• Learn dealership Service Department operations end-to-end

• Build strong relationships with customers and meet their service needs

• Gain exposure to service advising and scheduling tasks

• Understand how the Parts Department supports overall service

• Assist in moving and delivering vehicles to enhance service efficiency

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor’s degree or 2-year Business diploma

• Experience in customer service or similar environments

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
