Serve Manulife Bank customers in French and English through a hybrid Contact Center role focused on empathy and technical problem-solving.
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will support policyholders, agents, and partners through inbound calls, email, and chat. You will analyze inquiries, document interactions, and provide accurate information about products, services, and regulations. The role requires frequent communication with English-speaking customers or employees outside Quebec.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide customer service in French and English
- Handle high volumes of customer inquiries
- Analyze issues and deliver proactive solutions
- Document interactions using multiple technology systems
- Collaborate on complex customer concerns
- Verbal and written French and English proficiency
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Strong technical skills and system navigation ability
- Call center experience, especially in financial services, preferred
- Availability for provided weekday and weekend schedules
