Support patients, visitors, and staff as an Indigo Parking Patrol Customer Service Attendant in Dartmouth, using communication and parking enforcement skills.
Indigo seeks a reliable, outgoing attendant for Nova Scotia Hospital. The regular schedule runs 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM Monday to Friday, with occasional additional hours or different shifts. Duties combine directions, customer assistance, patrol, cleaning, and minor repairs.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct patients, visitors, staff, and others to parking areas
- Provide information and directions to guests
- Conduct on-foot or electric scooter parking enforcement
- Assist customers with automated parking equipment
- Clean parking areas, equipment, and touch points
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors with little supervision
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
