• Process Cash Management onboarding requests across multiple queues
• Deliver end-to-end onboarding for Cash Management product solutions

• Verify documents and provide follow-up for complex implementations
• Input BCRMS billing with 100 percent accuracy

• Excellent written and verbal French and English communication
• One to two years customer service experience in financial services
• Strong attention to detail and collaborative work ethic
• Critical thinking and complex problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of Cash Management Products Suite
