You will protect customer satisfaction, support long-term retention, and manage relationship details. The work connects Sales, Graphics, Estimating, Production, and Management through precise communication and organized follow-through.

• Enter and audit customer orders and quote requests
• Coordinate technical requirements between Sales and production teams
• Support project tracking, reporting, and urgent client requests
• Resolve inquiries and maintain existing account relationships
• Identify production hurdles and recommend effective solutions
