Use Mandarin, English, and data analysis to strengthen last-mile delivery quality for Uni Uni clients across Canada. This is a full-time role.
As a Bilingual Client Success Specialist, you will support Uni Uni’s e-commerce logistics clients through service monitoring and responsive communication. The work includes delivery metrics, customer inquiries, service tickets, exceptions, disputes, and reporting. You will collaborate with operations, product, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor scanning, delivery success, and timeliness metrics
- Provide customized performance reports to clients
- Respond to inquiries and resolve service tickets
- Assist with exceptions and disputes
- Identify process issues through data analysis
- Strong written and spoken Mandarin and English
- Customer service mindset and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data processing and analysis
- Excel skills for data modeling and reporting
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Support Uni Uni’s logistics clients with bilingual communication, service reporting, and data-driven improvements across Canada’s delivery network.
