Deliver welcoming guest service at the Westin front desk while checking visitors in and out at Blue Mountain Resort year-round. Use computer skills to support smooth stays.
As a Front Desk Representative, you will become the first point of contact for lodging guests. You will answer questions, provide friendly assistance, and take ownership of each guest’s stay at Blue Mountain Resort. The position requires exceptional customer service, an energetic attitude, and intermediate computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome lodging guests as their first point of contact
- Check guests into and out of hotels
- Answer guest questions with friendly, helpful service
- Take ownership of guests’ complete stays
- Resolve service challenges to achieve happy outcomes
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Energetic, friendly, and cheerful attitude
- Intermediate computer knowledge
- Front desk, office, or related experience
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability
