Position: Dental Concierge at Passion Dental Group
Elevate patient experiences at Passion Dental Group as a full-time Dental Concierge. Be the welcoming face of our innovative dental practice while managing schedules and patient communications.

This role at Dentist North York is all about service and support. You will be the first point of contact for patients, greeting them with professionalism and warmth. Responsibilities include coordinating daily schedules, explaining treatment plans, and processing billing and insurance—ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients in person, over the phone, and via email

• Optimize daily schedules, managing last-minute adjustments

• Explain treatment plans and payment options clearly

• Process patient and insurance billing while maintaining records

• Support clinical teams for efficient daily operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year in reception or customer service

• Dental or healthcare experience is a strong asset

• Familiarity with dental software like Clear Dent is helpful

• Strong communication and multitasking abilities required

• IPAC certification is a bonus but not mandatory
