Elevate your career as a Contract Administrator with Architecture

With 5 to 9 years of experience, you'll manage site visits, oversee quality control, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. You will assist in project reporting and contract changes, ensuring compliance with local construction practices. Architecture

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate site visits and oversee activities in Atlantic Canada
• Assist with project progress and quality control reports
• Address contractor inquiries and issue contract modifications
• Conduct constructability reviews on drawings and specifications
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
Requirements:
• 5–9 years’ experience focused on construction phases
• Strong knowledge of building codes and local practices
• Credentials from a contract administration course preferred
• Familiarity with BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft 365
• Ability to perform site-based physical tasks
