This role is pivotal in building the design team at Eve to match our rapid growth while enhancing our product offering for plaintiff law firms. You will be responsible for guiding design projects, promoting high design standards, and using AI to optimize design processes. Your collaboration with engineers and product teams will ensure every design iteration meets user needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee design work from approach to launch
• Champion high design standards and mentor team members
• Use AI for prototyping and decision-making
