Join Rosendin as a BIM Modeler II and apply your technical skills in Revit modeling and project documentation. Play a critical role in delivering high-quality construction projects.
In this position, the BIM Modeler II is part of the production team responsible for accurate modeling and documentation. Your work will include collaborating closely with the Lead Modeler to create Revit Families and ensuring project specifications are met through compliant modeling practices. You'll lead modeling efforts while documenting progress against project standards throughout your assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute all BIM Modeler I tasks proficiently
• Collaborate on Revit Families for standards and projects
• Efficiently document project-related modeling efforts
• Lead specific modeling efforts within your scope
• Set up Revit views in line with established standards
Requirements:
• High school diploma; seek an associate degree
• 2 years’ relevant experience with electrical drafting
• Strong skills in Revit and associated software
• Familiarity with 2D electrical plans and schedules
• Effective self-management and communication abilities
