Lydon Lynch is seeking a talented Architectural Technologist and Construction Administrator in Halifax, NS. This permanent, full-time position focuses on collaborative design and detailed project execution.

As part of the growing team at Lydon Lynch, you will leverage your five years of experience in architecture to enhance project quality through meticulous technical drawings and construction oversight. Engage with experienced colleagues while contributing to a variety of building types that include educational and commercial structures, all executed with Revit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare detailed technical drawings

• Manage construction administration for multi-residential projects

• Coordinate efforts with engineering consultants

Requirements:

• 5+ years in an architectural environment

• College diploma in architectural technology or drafting

• Mandatory high-level Revit knowledge

• Understanding of Canadian climate detailing

• Strong communication and organizational skills
