As a Family Physician at Brock CHC, you will focus on patient-centered urgent care, managing a range of medical conditions while promoting health education and preventative care. You'll work directly with a supportive team, ensuring seamless coordination of patient care tailored to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient-centered urgent care services
• Conduct follow-ups and referrals to specialty care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation
• Educate patients about health and prevention
• Share on-call coverage responsibilities with the team
Requirements:
• Valid Family Medicine degree and Ontario license
• Preferably CFPC certification
• Experience working with community populations
• EMR system proficiency required
• Strong commitment to accessible healthcare
