The Community Y is searching for a Youth Leadership Coordinator to spearhead the Junior Leadership Program. In this role, you'll design and facilitate engaging activities that foster leadership and communication among youth. Your impact will help cultivate a confident, capable generation of community contributors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and implement leadership programs for youth

• Mentor participants in YMCA programs and community initiatives

• Support planning and delivery of outreach activities

• Evaluate program effectiveness and gather participant feedback

• Ensure a welcoming environment aligned with YMCA policies

Requirements:

• Knowledge in youth programming or community development

• Experience in recreational or event settings preferred

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Flexible availability for program needs

• Valid First Aid & CPR certification needed
