Lead the training for aircraft maintenance with your expertise as a Trainer. Employ various teaching methods to engage learners while collaborating with stakeholders to create impactful training content.
In this trainer role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training on aircraft and component maintenance topics. Your collaboration with the Learning and Development team will enable you to tailor effective programs while mentoring junior members and apprentices. Additionally, you'll prepare testing materials and maintain necessary training records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging training on aircraft maintenance skills
• Collaborate with internal teams to create effective training solutions
• Prepare course materials and on-the-job training
• Coach learners and SME’s in effective practices
• Maintain Learning Management Systems records
Requirements:
• 5-10 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance as a Mechanic
• Ability to communicate effectively in a teaching environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point
• Strong leadership capabilities and peer mentorship
• Clear eligibility for Canadian security compliance requirements
