The Testing Services Facilitator provides exam facilitation and invigilation services for internal, external, and accommodated students. This position supports faculty, students, staff, and external clients in accessing testing services. Work is scheduled on an as‑needed basis to meet peak demand periods and cover staff absences. Flexibility is essential, as shifts may include evenings, weekends, and occasional off‑site locations.

- Prepare and administer exams, ensuring security and integrity at all times.
- Invigilate exam sessions, verify identification, and enforce exam rules.
- Assist students and clients with booking appointments and accessing services.
- Maintain accurate records of exams, inventory, and billing documentation.
- Troubleshoot computer‑based exams and liaise with IT as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and external clients.
- Other related duties.
- Education:
Grade 12 completion required; certificate in office administration, business, or education‑related program preferred. - Experience:
Minimum 6 months of related experience in customer service or administrative roles. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules.
- Respect for confidentiality and test security.
$30.19 per hour as per CUPE AS5 Casual Rate
