In this role, you'll work under the Director of Youth Services to develop engaging and culturally relevant programs based on youth input. As the building supervisor, you will oversee facility safety and asset management throughout programming. You will collaborate with community members to deliver skills-based workshops that resonate with the youth, fostering a sense of belonging and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement activities based on youth suggestions and interests
• Supervise facility security during events
• Collaborate with local programs for skill-sharing events
• Document activities and manage social media presence
• Organize community-focused special events
Requirements:
• College diploma or relevant work experience in youth programs
• Knowledge of and experience with Aboriginal cultures
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Certifications in First Aid and CPR or willingness to obtain
• WHMIS training or agreement to complete
