• Design and develop comprehensive learning programs
• Facilitate dynamic training sessions for various employee levels
• Craft engaging multimedia learning materials
• Assess and improve training effectiveness based on feedback
• Align learning initiatives with the NSLC's strategic goals

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in education or related field
• 3-5 years' experience in adult learning environments
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Instructional Design Certificate is advantageous
