In this role, you will focus on designing effective learning programs that are customized to meet the needs of both individuals and the organization. You will utilize adult learning principles to create engaging educational materials and facilitate training sessions for employees at various levels. Your collaboration with cross-departmental teams will ensure alignment with business objectives and promote a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop tailored learning programs

• Facilitate dynamic training sessions for employee development

• Create engaging multimedia educational materials

• Evaluate training effectiveness based on participant feedback

• Align initiatives with NSLC's strategic direction

Requirements:

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in education or a related field

• 3-5 years' experience in adult learning environments

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems

• Strong communication and facilitation skills

• Instructional Design Certificate preferred
