Key Responsibilities:

• Advise teams on learning strategies aligned with goals

• Conduct comprehensive training needs analyses with data tools

• Design, develop, and maintain training materials and content

• Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops

• Measure and recommend improvements based on feedback

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in adult education or instructional design

• At least five years of training design and delivery experience

• Certification in adult education or training required

• Valid NS Driver's License with reliable transport

• Willingness to undertake safety training as needed
