Part-Time Math & Science Tutor

As a part-time tutor, you will support Grades 9 to 12 students, utilizing proven methodologies in a nurturing in-person environment.
Your role involves personalized instruction in subjects such as algebra, calculus, physics, and biology, while also fostering a positive learning atmosphere. Tracking progress and maintaining communication with students will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach up to 3 students at once using effective strategies
• Provide individualized support in math and science
• Track student progress and document brief notes
• Create a positive and focused learning environment
• Build rapport with students while upholding professionalism
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or in progress in Math, Science, or Engineering
• Strong knowledge of high school curriculum
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable availability for 2–3 evenings per week
