Position: Learning Designer for NSLC
Location: halifax regional municipality

Join the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation as a Learning & Development Specialist, focusing on impactful learning strategies that enhance leadership and culture in a 12-month contract role.
As a Learning Designer, you will take charge of designing effective learning programs tailored to meet both individual and organizational requirements. This role involves leveraging adult learning principles to develop engaging materials and facilitate training sessions for a wide range of employees. Your work will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure programs align with current business needs and support a continuous learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive learning programs

• Facilitate engaging training sessions for diverse employee levels

• Create multimedia material for educational purposes

• Measure and improve training effectiveness based on feedback

• Align learning initiatives with strategic goals at NSLC
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field

• 3-5 years' experience in adult learning settings

• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems

• Strong facilitation and communication skills

• Instructional Design Certificate is a plus
