In the Training Systems Integration (TSI) team, you will utilize your submarine operations experience to contribute to comprehensive training strategies. Your responsibilities will include guiding operational analysis, developing instructional materials, and delivering effective training solutions aligned with RCN doctrines. Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance the performance and capabilities of naval personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Expertly advise on training system lifecycle management
• Develop and validate submarine training scenarios
• Create technical and instructional documentation
• Support training system design and execution
• Identify training technology innovations for enhancement
Requirements:
• Extensive background in Royal Canadian Navy submarine operations
• Proven operational experience as an Officer or Non-Commissioned Member
• Familiarity with training analysis methods
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to meet security clearance requirements
