Join CAE as a Training Solution Execution Lead, where you will spearhead innovative training development initiatives for the Canadian Future Fighter Lead-In Training program in a hybrid setup.
In this critical role, you will coordinate training execution strategies and manage the entire lifecycle of instructional design. Your extensive experience—over ten years—in educational methodologies will support Defense and Security solutions while collaborating with diverse teams. You will ensure timely and effective delivery of training programs tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute training strategies within the ADDIE framework
• Work closely with Subject Matter Experts for data analysis
• Provide leadership and direction to training teams
• Track adherence to project timelines and manage scope risks
• Report on project progress to relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
• Educational background in a relevant field
• Minimum of 10 years experience in instructional design
• Expertise in ADDIE and training development practices
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills
• Must meet EHC/Secret Security Clearance requirements
