The successful candidate will provide essential counselling services to adults enrolled in the Adult Learning Program. You will engage in student intake, data management, and retention services while fostering collaboration with faculty and support agencies. A passion for learner success and superb communication skills are vital for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide academic and personal counselling for adult learners
• Conduct student intake assessments and data management
• Collaborate closely with faculty and support staff
• Facilitate orientation and retention support services
• Complete a part-time adult education program during probation
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, Psychology, or Counselling
• Minimum of five years of post-counselling experience
• Registered or in process with provincial regulatory body
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
