Location: Halifax Regional Municipality

Elevate your academic career as a tenure-track Indigenous Scholar at the Sobey School of Business, Saint Mary's University. This role highlights Indigenous perspectives, emphasizing entrepreneurship and sustainability.

This position welcomes Indigenous individuals from First Nations, Inuit, Métis, and other Indigenous backgrounds as an Assistant or Associate Professor. You will focus on core management topics, develop robust research initiatives, mentor students, and enhance curriculum through community partnerships. Aligning research with the United Nations Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) is also encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate and potentially graduate courses

• Mentor and supervise students’ academic journeys

• Conduct impactful research enhancing the department's standing

• Build relationships with the local community for curriculum improvements

• Promote equity and Indigenous perspectives in education

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree or equivalent Indigenous research credibility
