Drive client success with Bell as a Bilingual Consultant focused on Learning Solutions. This role emphasizes training design and operational effectiveness in a hybrid work setting.
You will be a key player in making innovation happen for enterprise-scale clients. With 7–10 years of experience in the customer contact center sector, your ability to develop engaging training content and manage learning initiatives will be essential. Your consultative approach will help clients navigate complex changes and technological advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate client workshops and identify learning gaps
• Develop comprehensive training programs and assessment strategies
• Create digital training using Articulate and other tools
• Oversee the maintenance of LMS and training materials
• Provide insights on best practices in user adoption
Requirements:
• University degree and bilingual (French/English)
• 7–10 years experience in contact center operations
• Skills in instructional design and digital training
• Capacity to learn new technologies quickly
• Excellent client engagement abilities
