Position: 2627-086 - Testing Services Coordinator (CS8) - IT Campus
Position Overview
Testing Services Coordinator (CS8) ,  Full‑time , located at the Central Office, IT Campus, Halifax, Nova Scotia. The role reports to the Manager, Libraries & Learning Commons.

Competition Number:  

Salary range:  $57,316.26 to $70,267.18 annually

Commencing:  August 3 2026

What You'll Do

Provide functional leadership to Learning Commons Assistants/TCAs across campuses.

Develop and maintain procedures in collaboration with the Manager.

Liaise with external testing partners for delivery and support of testing (including CAEC).

Support technology needs of testing services with other College departments.

Design and deliver training for LCA/TCAs.

Maintain and analyze testing centre usage statistics for evidence‑based decision making.

Contribute to policies/procedures to uphold academic integrity related to testing services.

Minimum Qualifications

Diploma in Education, Technology, Administration, Business, Social Services or Library Technician.

At least two years of recent occupational experience in communications, testing or assessment environments, program administration or event management.

Experience working with staff/student information management systems.

Proficiency using Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and a learning management system (e.g., Brightspace).

Demonstrated guidance and support of staff with systems and processes.

Strong leadership, motivation, organisation and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a post‑secondary education setting.

Skills & Knowledge
