Become an Instructor at IMP Aerospace & Defence, specializing in Aircraft Maintenance training. Engage with team members to design and implement effective training programs that meet organizational needs.
In this role, you will instruct on a variety of aircraft maintenance topics while collaborating with internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include course material preparation and delivering engaging instructional sessions. Applicants should have substantial maintenance experience and a commitment to educational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop training using various instructional techniques
• Work with the Learning and Development team for training solutions
• Coach and mentor apprentices and team members
• Prepare assessments and track learner progress
• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
Requirements:
• 5-10 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance
• Comfortable teaching in various environments, classroom to OJT
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Power Point
• Demonstrated leadership in training contexts
• Able to meet Canadian clearance and safety program standards
