Position: Centennial College Accessibility Leadership Role

This pivotal role involves overseeing Student Accessible Learning Services, reporting directly to senior leadership. Your strategic vision will be vital in integrating Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and ensuring compliance with accessibility regulations. You will work towards enhancing student well-being and institutional excellence through effective leadership and collaborative partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support accessibility learning staff for optimal service

• Ensure consistent delivery of Accessible Learning Services across campuses

• Analyze data for decision-making and operational planning

• Manage budgets related to accessibility initiatives and compliance

• Educate and raise awareness on accessibility among faculty and students

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in education, social services, or similar field

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in postsecondary education

• Comprehensive understanding of accessibility services and equity principles

• Proven ability to manage large budgets and secure funding

• Demonstrated relationship and communication skills
