Position: Infant Classroom Lead Guide Role

In this role, you will oversee infants aged 0–3, concentrating on their physical, emotional, and cognitive growth. Prepare classrooms to encourage trust and exploration, and build collaborative relationships with families. Your leadership will shape an enriching community of learners and guides.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support each child’s unique development journey

• Maintain a vibrant and inviting classroom environment

• Encourage children's participation in daily care routines

• Partner closely with parents for growth and development

• Collaborate with team members for a respectful community

Requirements:

• Interest in Montessori certification or diploma

• Experience with children 0–3 in group settings

• Required ECE or Child Development credits

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

• Alignment with educational philosophies like Montessori
