Teach HESA 6100 on Ethical Decisions in Health Administration at Dalhousie University this fall. Engage with students in person while guiding them through essential ethical frameworks in healthcare.
The Sessional Lecturer role involves presenting a three-hour course for the Master of Health Administration program. Primary responsibilities include course preparation, evaluation of student work, and providing tutorial support. You will analyze ethical decision-making models and the significance of ethical leadership in healthcare administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach HESA 6100 for the fall term
• Prepare course content and lectures
• Evaluate student assignments and exams
• Provide tutorial support to students
• Discuss ethical leadership and decision-making theories
Requirements:
• PhD preferred or Master’s with 5 years of ethics experience
• Previous teaching experience highly valued
• Familiarity with Brightspace is an asset
