As part of the School of Lifelong Learning & Industry Training, you will provide essential training in surface preparation, paint application, and organisational skills necessary for the collision repair industry. The position emphasizes creating a safe and inclusive environment for all students while delivering comprehensive assessments of their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive instruction in auto body painting and refinishing

• Teach proper surface preparation and spray gun operation

• Demonstrate industry best practices and safety regulations

• Evaluate student performance using practical assessments

• Maintain organized and safe instructional areas

Requirements:

• Licensed 310Q Automotive Refinishing Technician or equivalent

• Minimum five years of experience in automotive refinishing

• Familiarity with advanced paint systems and techniques

• Experience in teaching or mentorship preferred

• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to safety
