Elevate French education as a K-12 French Program Specialist in the Labrador Regional Office. Lead innovative pedagogy and enhance student engagement for diverse learners.
This full-time permanent position will commence on September 8, 2026, focusing on French Language teaching for Family of Schools 1 and 2. You will guide curriculum development, support teachers, and facilitate professional learning for educators in Core French and French Immersion contexts. Your leadership will promote excellence in language learning within learning communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support French Language programming and curriculum development
• Collaborate with educators and administrators for effective learning outcomes
• Analyze data to inform teaching practices across schools
• Foster adult learning through innovative professional development
• Cultivate partnerships to enhance educational delivery
Requirements:
• Master's degree in education or relevant specialization
• Bachelor of Education with a major in French
• Minimum 5 years K-12 teaching experience
• NL Teaching Certificate and DELF B2 certification
• Willingness to travel regionally for school visits
