Your responsibilities include fostering a secure atmosphere for learning, observing child development, and welcoming family participation in the program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create an inviting and active learning environment

• Work with the Lead Educator to establish routines

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education

• In-depth understanding of child development

• Experience with play-based pedagogy

• Strong communication skills

• Current first-aid certification
