Advanced Warfare Training Specialist

Enhance the capabilities of Navy personnel as a Training Specialist for Ship's Self-Defense Air Defense Warfare Coordinator. This position combines classroom instruction and practical exercises.

You will be instrumental in developing and conducting comprehensive training for combat systems, focusing on SSDS functionalities and tactical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom instruction on SSDS capabilities and limitations

• Review and analyze operational procedures using simulation tools

• Conduct performance assessments and provide feedback

• Create and maintain curriculum lesson plans

• Document training progress and success metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum seven years in combat systems employment

• One year as a Navy Trainer/Evaluator

• Experience with SSDS training tools

• Must obtain Secret security clearance
