You will be instrumental in developing and conducting comprehensive training for combat systems, focusing on SSDS functionalities and tactical operations.
Your role emphasizes the creation of tailored curriculum guides and dynamic performance assessments, ensuring sailors excel in naval defense strategies. Collaborating with a team of experts, your efforts will drive successful operational planning and training effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver classroom instruction on SSDS capabilities and limitations
• Review and analyze operational procedures using simulation tools
• Conduct performance assessments and provide feedback
• Create and maintain curriculum lesson plans
• Document training progress and success metrics
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum seven years in combat systems employment
• One year as a Navy Trainer/Evaluator
• Experience with SSDS training tools
• Must obtain Secret security clearance
Contribute your knowledge and leadership to advance tactical training in naval air defense operations.
