We are looking for a dedicated Lead Educator to oversee the curriculum and teach in a nurturing environment. With a CDA or higher and at least three years of relevant experience, you will guide new teachers and engage with families to enhance the educational experience. Your expertise in childhood development and curriculum assessment will drive the team towards success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and lead developmentally appropriate curriculum

• Mentor new educators and foster teamwork

• Evaluate program quality with educational tools

• Collaborate with families for optimal child development

• Promote anti-bias education methodologies

Requirements:

• CDA and educational plan for completing an associate degree

• 12 ECE units, including two curriculum classes

• Three years in high-quality child care or preschool

• Preferred experience in NAEYC-accredited centers

• Completion of all background checks required
