In this critical role, you will leverage over ten years of experience to develop and implement industry-leading training curricula for wind turbine experts. Collaboration with operational staff ensures relevant training directly supports maintenance and safety priorities within renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop effective training materials and curricula
• Deliver technical training sessions in-person and virtually
• Create assessments to measure training effectiveness
• Manage content on the learning management system
• Collaborate with subject matter experts for accurate training content
Requirements:
• 10+ years of wind turbine technician or engineering experience
• Technical degree in wind energy or related field
• Proven track record in training program development
