As a vital part of the team, you will work on-site to craft and deliver educational content tailored for various training modalities. Engage with diverse teams to implement workshops, virtual sessions, and e-learning tools that address customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive technical training programs for customers

• Create engaging content for workshops and online platforms

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support training needs

• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions effectively

• Enhance learning experiences for both customers and internal teams

Requirements:

• Advanced degree plus 6 years or Bachelor’s plus 8 years in technical training

• Familiarity with chromatography, mass spectrometry, or related fields

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Proficient in e-learning development software

• Must be willing to travel up to 30-50% as necessary
