Position: Full-Time EYFS Learning Support Assistant
Join Milk Education as a Full-Time EYFS Learning Support Assistant in Halifax starting September 2026. This role focuses on nurturing young learners in Nursery and Reception classrooms.

We are seeking caring and enthusiastic individuals passionate about early years education. Ideal candidates may include experienced Teaching Assistants, Early Years practitioners, or graduates with a background in Education, Psychology, or Childhood Studies. Support children's development in communication, social skills, and early literacy while working towards long-term career growth in education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children within Nursery and Reception classrooms

• Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions for early learning

• Encourage communication and social development

• Assist with phonics, literacy, and numeracy activities

• Create a safe and nurturing learning environment

Requirements:

• Caring and enthusiastic approach towards children

• Experience working with young children is desirable

• Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification preferred

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Passion for Early Years education
