Position: Full-Time Faculty Adult Learning
Take your teaching career to the next level at NSCC as a Full-Time Faculty member in the Adult Learning Program in Halifax. Deliver instruction in diverse subjects and contribute to student success.

This full-time, continuing position begins approximately August 17, 2026. You will engage with a wide array of learners, crafting educational experiences that prioritize inclusion and innovation. Responsibilities encompass course delivery in Geography, Digital Technologies, and more using state-of-the-art teaching technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction across various Adult Learning Program subjects

• Design inclusive and collaborative educational experiences

• Assess and evaluate student performance with flexible practices

• Ensure classroom safety and compliance with health standards

• Engage in curriculum development and academic advising

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant education or related field

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience

• Experience in team-teaching and curriculum development

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning technologies

• Commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment
