Dalhousie University's Faculty of Management is seeking a Part-Time Academic for the course MGMT 5302. The role requires expertise in equity, diversity, and inclusion, along with effective teaching abilities. You will handle lectures, test preparations, and consultations with students to deliver a meaningful learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-person lectures for Master of Management students

• Prepare and evaluate tests and class assessments

• Conduct weekly consultations for student support

• Foster critical discussions on equity and diversity topics

• Monitor and assist in student learning outcomes

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in a management-related field

• Proven teaching experience and subject matter knowledge

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Professional experience in related industries is preferred
