This full-time role involves administering tests, providing learning support, and enhancing accessibility for students. Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and coordinate tests in the Testing Centre
• Provide accommodated testing and assistive technology support
• Deliver learning support services like note taking and study strategies
• Collect and report service delivery data for improvement
• Assist in campus events and activities, including orientations
Requirements:
• Post-secondary certificate or diploma related to the role
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• Experience in a post-secondary environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and assistive technologies
• Excellent coordination and customer service skills
