Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and design training solutions for submariner roles

• Prepare comprehensive naval training solutions for varied environments
• Develop performance measurement criteria for training
• Validate compliance of training solutions through rigorous testing
Requirements:
• Extensive operational background in the Canadian Navy submarine service
• Demonstrated expertise in submarine systems and maintenance
• Efficient in Microsoft Office tools and training technologies
• Ability to meet security clearance requirements
• Strong communication and collaboration capabilities
