Disability Awareness Trainer at ODEN

As part of ODEN, the Disability Awareness Trainer aids businesses in embracing inclusive hiring practices for individuals with disabilities. Engage business owners through presentations, deliver tailored training, and facilitate communication between businesses and employment service providers. Your goal is to enhance opportunities and job quality for people with disabilities by promoting awareness and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Disability Awareness and Confidence Training for businesses

• Make impactful presentations promoting inclusive hiring

• Provide consulting assistance on disability-related recruitment issues

• Develop outreach tools for training registration and participation

• Support marketing initiatives to engage Employment Service Providers

Requirements:

• Experience in training and consulting within disability sectors

• Advanced skills in MS Office 365 applications

• Proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Willing to work flexible hours and travel as needed
