Pursue your passion for education with Oxford International as a Continuing Care Assistant Substitute Instructor. This full-time position offers the chance to impact student learning and success through effective instruction.
In this role, you will provide essential classroom and clinical education while ensuring that program standards are met. You will work closely with the support team to deliver comprehensive educational experiences for CCA students. The position requires flexibility and a strong background in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver instructional materials for CCA courses
• Monitor student attendance and performance in all settings
• Coordinate and oversee student placements effectively
• Engage with students to offer academic support and feedback
• Assist with program operations and compliance requirements
Requirements:
• 5 years minimum healthcare-related experience
• Current LPN/RN registration in good standing in Nova Scotia
• Flexibility for day and evening work required
• Previous experience in adult education is an asset
• Strong organizational and communication capabilities
