There are two student monitor positions. 6 Hours per day: 9:00 am - 3:30 pm.

Student Monitors will be expected to monitor student activity and maintain a safe environment in all areas outside of the classroom teachers' spaces within and outside of the building while on school property. A calm, friendly, patient demeanor is a required. Experience in building relationships with students and confidence in large groups of youth is also essential for this position.

Requirements:
  • Experience working with children and/or youth;
  • First Aid/CPR Certification considered an asset.
Rate of Pay & Hours of Work:
  • $17.75 per hour plus 4% vacation pay with a time requirement of 6 hours per school day, Monday to Friday, times TBD
