As a Trainer, you will work closely with the Manager, Training, to instruct on aircraft maintenance topics across various departments. Your responsibilities include designing training programs, liaising with experts for course materials, and coaching both subject matter experts and apprentices. Your unique contributions will foster a collaborative learning environment and promote safety awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver hands-on training courses
• Collaborate with Learning and Development teams
• Liaise with internal and external subject matter experts
• Prepare OJT training programs and assessments
• Provide mentorship to SMEs and apprentices
Requirements:
• 5-10 years' experience in aircraft maintenance
• Comfortable teaching in various environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Power Point
• Proven leadership and feedback delivery skills
• Eligible for Canadian Controlled Goods Program clearance
