Trainer Specializing in Aircraft Maintenance

In this position, you will report to the Manager, Training, and take the lead in instructing various aircraft-related subjects. Your work involves crafting training solutions in collaboration with the Learning and Development team, liaising with subject matter experts, and preparing both theory and practical assessments. Your guidance will not only impact learners but also foster a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver practical training sessions

• Collaborate with Learning and Development for effective solutions

• Liaise with experts to prepare course materials

• Develop OJT programs and examinations

• Coach SMEs and junior colleagues in training tactics

Requirements:

• 5-10 years' experience in aircraft maintenance

• Strong teaching and communication skills

• Skilled in Microsoft Office suite

• Proven leadership in training and projects

• Must meet security clearance requirements
