Key Responsibilities:

• Coach staff on the YMCA Playing to Learn Curriculum

• Provide operational support in the absence of the Centre Director

• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

• Manage assigned administrative tasks effectively

• Handle parent and staff feedback promptly

Requirements:

• Early Childhood Education Diploma (minimum Level
2)

• Supervisory experience is highly valued

• Solid understanding of child development practices

• Valid First Aid and CPR certified

• Clear criminal record with vulnerable sector check
